If you are based in the UK and EU, we are .the controller of your personal information, and are responsible for your personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose information about users of the Company’s website (www.alveotechnologies.com), the be.well™ Analyzer diagnostic device, applications, services, tools and features (collectively, the “Services”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time in which case we will update the “Last Revised” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make changes that are material, we will use reasonable efforts to attempt to provide notice to you and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. Notice may be by email to you at the last email address you provided us, by posting notice of such changes on the Services, or by other means, consistent with applicable law. In order to provide you with particular Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain details or information about you. Information that you submit through our Services may include:
- Basic profile details about you (or the user, if different), including name, birthday, phone number, email address, username, password, user profile picture, and relationship to others if applicable.
- Information to create an Account on our smartphone app if you are using it to provide medical diagnostic services, specifically your name, date of birth and email address.
- Location information, specifically your precise location, which is collected by your device’s GPS feature.
- Information about your symptoms, such as headache, fever, chills, muscle aches, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, cough, difficulty breathing, decrease in appetite, or decrease in energy.
- Swab information, including your nasal fluid sample and any DNA or other information used to make a diagnosis.
- Information sent through messages or inquiries, including any details you provide to us through a “Contact Us” form or other message.
Some features on the Services may require you to enter certain information in order to submit a form or otherwise use a feature. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features.
We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”). To do this, we may use cookies or other tracking technologies (“Tracking Technologies”). Usage Data may include:

- Device type, such as your phone, computer, or tablet

The Services are designed only for users in the United States, and UK and EU based users of our smartphone app to provide medical diagnostic services. Please do not use the Services if you are outside the United States, or not such a UK.and EU user. This section applies to users based in the UK and EU only.
The basis of our use of your information is because it is necessary to perform our obligations under our contract with you under the Authorised User Terms of our smartphone application. We keep your personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the personal information is processed. The length of time for which we retain personal information depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including through use of appropriate organisational and technical measures
Your personal information may be used, stored and/or accessed by our staff operating in the United States, other members of our group or suppliers. If we provide any personal information about you to any such members of our group or suppliers, it will be where it is in our legitimate interests to, and we will take appropriate measures to ensure that the recipient protects your personal information adequately in accordance with this Privacy Policy
